This opportunity is open to current UCLA undergraduate students. These roles are a year-long commitment, beginning in Week 1 of the Fall Quarter and have mandatory training in the summer.

Student Coordinators (2 Undergraduate Positions)
Student Coordinators support the UCLA Latinx Success Center by planning and facilitating programs, events, and initiatives that foster student engagement, community-building, and access to campus resources. Coordinators collaborate with campus partners, support student transitions, and contribute to the daily operations of the center, including signature programs such as Latinx Welcome and other LSC initiatives.
Requirements:
- Current undergraduate student enrolled at UCLA
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 15 hours per week during the academic school year
- Willing to work occasional weeknights and weekends
- All students passionate about student engagement and mentorship are encouraged to apply!
- Work study preferred, not required
- $18.50 Hourly Rate
Student Advisory Board Member (4 Undergraduate Positions)
Through Monthly Meetings the Student Advisory Board will act as the Latinx Success Center’s student governance model to uphold the mission of the LSC report and ensure that the LSC maintains its roots in meeting student needs directly.
Requirements:
- Current undergraduate student enrolled at UCLA
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 5 hours per month during the academic school year
- Willing to work occasional weeknights and weekends
- All students passionate about student engagement and leadership are encouraged to apply!
- $1500 Total Stipend for 2026-27 school year
